Looking after your boiler means that you need to pay attention to it to make sure that you are aware of when something goes wrong with it. Firstly, it could be that the boiler pressure is low and needs increasing. Alternatively, the relief valve could be leaking extra pressure. You might also have a damaged heat exchanger, which is the part where cold water is actually heated up by the gas. Or if the boiler is just getting old, then there could be a few parts in the boiler that are in need of replacement, and which are not working as they should.

In any case, if you have a leaking boiler, make sure that you are looking for help with it. You might need to have someone out to look at your boiler and fix it as soon as possible before it worsens.
