Called to discuss the problem, an engineer came out the same day. The problem (a valve stuck open) was diagnosed very quickly, which an engineer from another company had failed to do and fixed there and then. Engineer was polite and informative. Very happy with service and will be using again in future.

Time for our annual gas boiler service and once again Hi-Tech Heating did not disappoint. Their engineer Jamie is pleasant, helpful and efficient and arrived exactly as scheduled. He always makes sure we understand what he has done, the state of our boiler and the system filter. He is a tidy and professional engineer, taking priding in his work. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else, but Hi-Tech.
